Die modern und komfortabel eingerichtete 5-Sterne-Ferienwohnung liegt in bester Lage von Heiligenhafen im Marina Strand Resort, eingebettet zwischen Ostseestrand im Naturschutzgebiet Graswarder, Marina und Binnensee. Sie hat eine ca. 30 m² große Süd-West-Terrasse mit Blick auf den Binnensee, die zum Verweilen, Sonnenbaden im Strandkorb und Grillen einlädt.
Die auch im Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete, offene Küche, an die sich der Essbereich mit Sitzbank, Stühlen und Massivholztisch anschließt.
Die bodentiefen Fenster sorgen für viel Licht im Wohn- und Essbereich und man kann den Blick über die idyllisch angelegte Dünenlandschaft bis zum Binnensee schweifen lassen.
Im Wohnbereich lädt ein bequemes Schlafsofa mit Ottomane zum Entspannen, Lesen und Fernsehen ein. LED-Fernseher mit Blueray/CD-Player und Internet-Anschluss lassen alle Optionen zu. Ebenfalls gehören ein Radio und ein Bose Soundsystem zum Ausstattungsumfang. WLAN ist in der gesamten Wohnung und auf der Terrasse vefügbar.
Ein Kaminofen schafft in der kalten Jahreszeit eine gemütliche und kuschlig warme Atmosphäre.
Das nach Osten gelegenen Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Boxspring-Doppelbett für besten Schlafkomfort. In der Einbauschrankwand ist ein Fernseher integriert. Ein kleiner Schreibtisch rundet die hochwertige Ausstattung des Raumes ab. Für einen ungestörten Schlaf hängen Verdunklungsschals an den Fenstern.
Für die kleinen Gäste sind auch ein Reisebett und Hochstuhl vorhanden.
Das Bad verfügt über eine barrierefreie, große Dusche mit Regenbrause. Koffer finden in einen Abstellraum Platz, wo auch ein Waschtrockner steht.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein über das Treppenhaus erreichbarer Tiefgaragenparkplatz max. Durchfahrtshöhe 2 Meter.
The modern and comfortable furnished 5-star holiday apartment is located in a prime location at the Marina Strand Resort, embedded between the Baltic Sea coast at the nature reserve Graswerder, Marina and a lake. The apartment comes along with an about 30 m2 large south-west facing terrace with a beautiful lake view providing a restful atmosphere for you to relax, sunbathe in a wicker beach chair and have barbecues.
This beautiful and in detail tastefully furnished apartment has a well-equipped open-plan kitchen linked to the dining area with a solid wood table, bench and chairs.
The floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light to the living and dining area and you may gaze over the idyllic invested dune landscape up to the lake.
A comfortable sofa bed with ottoman is inviting you to relax, read and watch TV in the living room area. LED television with Bluray/ CD player and internet connection keeps all options open. Likewise, a radio and Bose sound system are part of the scope of equipment. WiFi is available in the whole apartment and on the terrace.
A fireplace creates a cosy and pleasantly warm atmosphere during the cold season.
The eastwards facing bedroom has a boxspringbed for the greatest level of sleeping comfort. A TV is integrated in the built-in wardrobe wall unit. Completing the high-quality furnishing you will find a desk on one side of the room.
For a quiet sleep blackout curtains are hanging in front of the wndows.
For the youngest guests we provide a travel cot and a high chair.
The bathroom has a barrier-free, big shower with a rain shower. Your suitcases will find there space in the storage room where the washer-dryer my be found as well.
Part of the apartment is also a parking space in an underground car park that you may reach through the stairway.
