Herzlich Willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung Wolkenlos - Wolke 7. (Erstbezug August 2016).
In unserer liebevoll eingerichteten hochwertigen Ferienwohnung im 1.Obergeschoss finden Sie alles, was das Herz begehrt, um einen wunderschönen Urlaub an der Ostsee in unmittelbarer Nähe zum feinsandigen Südstrand zu verbringen. Außerdem ist sie bequem erreichbar mit einem Fahrstuhl. Highlight ist der Blick auf eine weite Wiese / Koppel mit Pferden und Zicklein.
Hinweise zu weiteren Kosten und Gebühren: 100,00 € Sicherheitsleistung wird im Voraus fällig und muss mit der Miete überwiesen werden (über Silvester 150,- €). Die Sicherheitsleistung wird nach Abreise zurückerstattet. Strom/Wasser/Heizung sind inklusive. Bett- und Badwäsche können auf Wunsch kostenpflichtig bestellt werden. Die Kurabgabe wird vor Anreise fällig. Ein Haustier gegen Aufpreis buchbar. Sollte nach erfolgter Buchung und durch Beschluss des Landes ein Gesundheitszeugnis o.ä. benötigt werden, so muss der Mieter dieses Attest auf eigene Kosten besorgen und auf Wunsch der Behörden vorlegen. Ein Parkplatz steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Sofern verfügbar kann kostenpflichtig ein Fahrradschuppen für 5,- €/ pro Nacht hinzugebucht werden. Da nur eine begrenzte Anzahl zur Verfügung steht, empfehlen wir eine rechtzeitige Reservierung.
Der behagliche Wohnbereich lädt zu entspannenden Abenden mit Musik und Fernsehen oder einem berührenden Buch ein.
Gut konzipiert ist der Esstisch direkt neben der tollen Hochglanz-Küche. Hier können Sie ein leckeres Frühstück in unserem lichtdurchfluteten Erker bei Sonnenschein genießen.
In der Nebensaison können Sie es sich nach einem lagen Spaziergang in gesunder Ostseeluft bei einem Glas Wein vor dem Kamin gemütlich machen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock. Der Balkon ist nach Nord-Nord-Ost ausgerichtet mit Blick auf den Kurpark. Ab dem Nachmittag können Sie die Abendsonne auf dem Balkon genießen und den Blick schweifen lassen.
